Espanol pk vs FC Barcelona @ 2.075

Espanyol vs FC Barcelona
Saturday, February 15th @ 19:00 CET

Espanyol:
Season: 6-4-11, 24-31
Home: 5-2-4, 18-14
Form: 2-3-0, 8-3

Barcelona:
Season: 6-6-8, 29-27
Away: 2-2-6, 9-13
Form: 1-2-2, 7-8

In-form Espanyol welcome their out-of-form neigbours FC Barcelona on Saturday night. Even though Barcelona on paper have the strongest squad I believe Espanyol can take all 3 points this time. Espanyol have drawn with Real Sociedad and Real Madrid in their last 2 matches and before that they beat La Coruña 3-1.
9 players from Barcelona have played international friendlies this week while only 2 players from Espanyol have been away. On top of that, Barcelona have an important CL-match against Inter Milan on Tuesday so I believe that Espanyol will be the more motivated team.
Even though this is a local derby, the home advantage seems to matter - the last 3 meetings were all won 2-0 by the home team.

Take Espanyol pk 2.075 @ Pointbet

duck, i think i'll pass the schalke game. from pure statistics there seems to be value with hot stuttgart against a "at home struggeling" schalke. but stuttgart is definitly playing over ability right now, while schalke played the first good game (even it was 2-2 in injury time)at home in a long time against Kaiserslautern. they are due for a home win. what i can read from german papers they are now really aware of their lack of home effort. the talk here in the region is whole week not about stuttgart, but about...getting hungry to win, motivation, playing for 90 min and so on. i think schalke will at least give a very good efford, which gives me no value in stuttgart, maybe on schalke -1/4.

Gladbach is another pass..i dont like berlin in away games at all. they just dont perform and are not a team to bet week in and out.the often alternate strong and weak games (doesnt matter of home7away games). Gladbach went of a bad start in second half and is the weaker them.but if they got any chance for points,it's at home.

i would like schalke more than to bet on berlin here. if i had to bet this game...little value with the draw.

hannover? didnt go over to much, as it is sunday game, but from first sight hannover +0.5 is ok with me. they are stronger away this season than away and should have a chance of getting at least a draw in cottbus.

other games:
hamburg-wolfsburg:
derby game with history on wolfsburg to play well in hamburg. history in hamburg is 1-3-1. not only from stats good chance for a draw (would be my top % draw game this weekend)

nürnberg-bremen:

history is on bremen and i see good value at -1/4 with them...but my best play here is the over...nürnberg scored at least ones in 17 of last 18 games + home game, while bremen is dangerous on fast breaks + one of the weakest defenses. simply: nürnberg will score and concede and bremen will score and concede..if it'S not 1-1 it'S over

dortmund-bochum

after seeing dortmund perform at home live in westfalenstadion and with my experience in betting dortmund homegames, i dont like to lay a full goal with them. they might win, but -1 is dangerous.
Bochum +1 also no value,as oliseh is 75 % out, which should give them problems

BIG GAME 1860-BAYERN

ballack and jeremies back for bayern, linke doubtful, but should be no problem.. i always like bayern to win the derby..remember it's no away game for them. it's played in olympiastadion.

leverkusen-rostock

i will drive to leverkusen tomorrow to whatch the game..rostock always plays well in leverkusen, also rostock is playing much better away than home, but leverkusen -0.5 eben money i simply cannot pass. they are due for a win after performing well in bochum last week.
game is simple: who scores first wins
i like the over,too
my prediction 3-1 or 1-2

Thanks for the info, Chriscol and thanks for the kind words, Anton. I'll leave Stuttgart and Hertha Berlin alone but you can't talk me out of taking Hannover

Energie Cottbus vs Hannover 96
Sunday, February 16th @ 17:30 CET

Energie Cottbus:
Season: 4-5-11, 18-39
Home: 2-1-7, 8-20
Form: 2-2-1, 7-7

Hannover 96:
Season: 6-5-9, 29-37
Away: 4-1-4, 12-14
Form: 2-2-1, 7-5

Both Energie and Hannover have been in great shape since the winter break and they both have 7 points from the last 3 games. I don't fancy Energie this season and I'm quite sure they'll be playing in 2. Bundesliga next year - even though they're improving.

Energies "Stadion der Freundschaft" used to be a place where most visiting teams struggled but this season they're getting a little too friendly in Cottbus: 2 wins of a possible 10 and only 8 goals is hardly frightening for Hannover who've won almost half their away games.
Energie will have to play without the 2 defenders Beeck and Schröder, so the home team might have trouble with the in-form Hannover-striker Idrissou, who scored 3 times in 15 minutes in last week's 4-2 win against Nürnberg. Bobic is back for Hannover too.
I believe that Hannover will take at least 1 point from Cottbus.

Take Hannover +0.25 1.95 @ Pointbet

Once again I was screwed by Barcelona and my record is now:
2-3-0, -1.3625 units.

I already have a bet on Hannover tomorrow and here are the rest of my Sunday picks:

Parma vs Juventus
Sunday, February 16th @ 15:00 CET
This match is quite similar to Saturday's match between Chievo and Inter Milan (Chievo won 2-1)- Juventus have a diffucult match against Manchester United on Wednesday and both del Piero, Tacchinardi and Conte are out so all in all this is a very tough task for "The Old Lady" Parma will fight the best they can as this is the most important game of the season for the fans. Parma almost beat Juventus in Torino but had to settle for a draw after a 2-0 lead.
Take Parma +0.25 1.80 @ Pinnacle

Alavés vs Villareal
Sunday, February 16th @ 17:00 CET
Villareal are in great form having only lost 1 of the last 5 games - they've won 2 of the last 3 road games. They should be able to get something from Alavés who are struggeling lately against mediocre opponents like Santander (0-2 away) and Rayo Vallecano (1-1 at home).
Take Villareal +0.25 2.10 @ Pointbet

Real Betis vs Real Sociedad
Sunday, February 16th @ 20:30 CET
Neither Betis nor Sociedad have been doing well recently picking up 0 and 1 point in the last to games respectively. But Betis have played against La Coruña and Real Madrid while Sociedad have faced poorer teams like Athletic Bilbao and Espanyol so things are looking worse for Sociedad. Tomorrow they'll be without De Pedro, Aranburu and Alonso. Betis are usually very strong at Ruiz de Lopera Stadium (6-2-3 this season) and I don't see Sociedad's slump ending here.
Take Real Betis -0.25 2.10 @ Pointbet
